Together, we can begin to untangle the stories that have shaped you, heal from trauma, and work toward developing a more integrated sense of self—one that aligns with your true values and desires, rather than others' expectations.

How May I Support You?

Individual Therapy

I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to process complex emotions, overcome burnout, and strengthen resilience. Specializing in high achievers, children of immigrants, AAPI, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, my approach integrates narrative therapy, attachment theory, and strengths-based techniques to help clients heal from past trauma, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and tap into their full potential.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, the focus is on fostering deeper emotional intimacy, improving communication, and strengthening attachment bonds. Using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and narrative therapy, sessions guide partners through understanding and addressing the underlying emotional dynamics of their relationship.

I also offer experience working with queer, polyamorous and other non-traditional relationships. All are welcome here.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a powerful tool to help individuals heal from trauma and negative beliefs that limit their personal and professional lives. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals part of marginalized communities, this therapy allows clients to process and release past experiences, leading to lasting emotional and psychological freedom.
