Teletherapy in the State of California

I offer all sessions via teletherapy, which allows you to conduct your therapy sessions in the comfort of your own space. These live video therapy sessions are available to anyone in California, allowing accessibility and convenience. I use a secure HIPAA platform (Zoom Healthcare) to conduct these video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.

EMDR Therapy

When we experience hard times, sometimes we develop ways to protect ourselves in order to survive. And sometimes, we take those protective measures with us, even if they stop serving us.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a powerful, evidence-based treatment designed to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. Through guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional charge, allowing you to find relief from those past protective measures that continue to impact your daily life.

Whether dealing with PTSD, anxiety, phobias, or general emotional difficulties, EMDR offers a compassionate, non-invasive approach to healing.
